For the upcoming bash, part of the fairy tale subject will include discussing different versions of the Beauty and the Beast. Please try to read the stories from the following links in the order in which they appear (which is chronological):

  1. The Ram - Marie-Catherine d’Aulnoy
  1. Beauty and the Beast – Jeanne-Marie LePrince de Beaumont
  1. Princess Zeineb and King Leopard – Jean-Paul Bignon
  1. The Singing Springing Lark – Grimm Brothers

If you have newer (or different) versions of this particular fairy tale, please bring them along with you on Saturday.
